We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, analysis counts, and session information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• OpenAI — AI-powered call analysis and coaching. Call transcripts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models per their Business Terms.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store credit card details.
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
• SendGrid — Transactional email delivery (account verification, notifications, invite emails)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and call data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
